This disgusting individual keeps putting bin bags of rubbish repeatedly (now on over 20 occasions over the past 4 months). At 00.35 on 13.7.21 he walked down Benjamin road from his maisonette higher up on the same road there, and dumped a further bin bag full of rubbish at the first tree along Priory Avenue (see pic). Then he walked back up Benjamin road, collected more bin bags full of rubbish and walked back down dumping them behind and beside the tree on the corner of Benjamin road and Priory avenue and then walked back up home having solved his rubbish problem at the expense of everyone else who lives in the area. He conveniently has a tidy house while messing up other everyone else’s nvironment. There as been a break of over a week since the last time he dumped stuff at the corner when foxes tore open the dumped bags and strewed rubbish around the corner turning the area into a real tip. Please collect the dumped rubbish bag before foxes tear the bags open again. It’s a health hazard.
