The rubbish that has been flytipped almost a eeek ago by one of the occupants from the flats (B orC) at 16 Benjamin road (who has been caught on video) remains uncollected. Animals have torn open some of the bin bag and rubbish is now strewn around the surrounding street. This was reported at the same time last week when the same individual dumped rubbish at two locations (the one above and in this report, and also at the corner of Priory Avenue and Benjamin road where three full bin bags were also dumped at the same time). The rubbish on the corner was collected before the weekend but it seems that the dumped rubbish by the tree was overlooked and remains. Please can this rubbish be removed and the mess made by the animals strewing the contents of the dumped bag also be cleared up.
