Lorries are forced to move close to the kerb running along the channel and over the gulley. The road surface is failing and has previously been repaired but is cracked. The gulley looks to be dropping. Every empty lorry which heads west from A41 to A413 rattles very loudly, day and night. Ideally the gulley would be replaced with the kerb outlet type removing the ironwork from the carriageway which would solve the noise issue and help reduce damage to the surfacing with the lorries not bouncing over the gulley. Once moved the surfacing could be repaired.
