The path has not been maintained at all since estate was built in 1960's. My wife runs a childminding business and has multiple injury records for children tripping on the failed surface. We constantly have to pick children up when their bike or scooters hit the raised or failed areas. My neighbour is in his 80's and has fallen over many times. A man with a disabled scooter is forced to drive down the road as the paths are such a hazard. Under the highways act 1980, teh council are obliged to keep the highway in good repair. When there are accidents and personal injury the priority should be raised. Please address this so more people do not get hurt.
