The property on Shortborough Ave has an overgrown hedge on the corner plot which includes Pymcombe Close. The hedge is now covering most of the pavement and is causing problems for the residents/visitors etc., with negotiating the pavement. Particularly by frail, elderly residents. This bungalow also has unsafe fencing which leans over pavement in high winds. Also a Wall which has partially fallen down onto pavement. This situation has been a problem for some months now. The property is occupied.
