In the garden of No 5 stanbridge close but the problem is tree over hanging in road

The tree branches are over hanging in the road making it dangerous for larger cars/lorry’s to get up the road. Something has already hit a branch that is now hanging down. This tree has been like this for a long time and will only get worse due to the tree growing.
