The road resurfacing has been completed, but the loose chipping left have exacerbated the drainage blockage. Now all the drains/gullies are blocked. One 10 minute rain storm, and an hour later (See Pic) the water is collected at the low point. (Outside No12) This is the second occasion since resurfacing completed. No one can walk along the pavement without being soaked.
