Reported via desktop in the Flytipping (off-road) category by Andrew Simpson at 15:31, Wed 28 July 2021
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2897513.
No photo as unable to stop when cycling past on other side of road but the latest pile is pretty obvious. Someone has cleared a way through it for pedestrians but the ditch is already so full with fly-tippings previously reported and not cleared that there is no more room for it. The warning signs about CCTV monitoring are completely undermined by copious previous fly-tipping showing that this is a safe place to do it without getting caught.
Updates

Was going to add a photo but the page says that updates are not sent to the council, which makes it seem rather pointless. No worse I suppose than the council keeping their response secret and replying to me direct by email rather than updating FixMyStreet.
