On the public side of the hedge outside Silver Birches and the new build on Valley Road

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later
On the grass verge outside the new build and existing Silver Birches. They regularly cut the back garden grass of the new build (For Sale) and the grass verge in front of these 2 properties and dump the grass cuttings along the public side of the hedge. The evidence is clear. It is not only unpleasant to look at but smells and attracts rats/vermin. Surely they should remove it and dispose of it correctly?
