Overloaded recycling bins

Reported via desktop in the Flytipping (off-road) category anonymously at 15:43, Friday 30 July 2021

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Regular occurrence with mixed recycling bins. The services have been skipped twice so this has been overloaded for the past 6 weeks now. The binmen are refusing to collect due to overload. Absolutely smelly and disgusting. Not getting a service and communal bins are not a solution when the whole of Chesham use this corner as a dumping ground. These are suppose to be my residential bins and I can’t even use them due to passers by. This is my wall. How degrading!
