There is a very overgrown hedge adjacent to our property in St. Michaels Way. It would appear to sit outside our neighbours boundary and on the public street side. I have trimmed what I can that was leaning across and almost touching our house however it is still very overgrown and in need of cutting back. It does partially obstruct the pavement on this stretch of road.
