Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2911501.
There is a large bay tree which is along my boundary wall, the tree roots are pressing against the wall causing damage to it. I have had this surveyed and he has advised the tree needs to be removed as the roots have now gone under my property and on the public footpath. Please can this be inspected urgently.

This report does not represent what I said over the phone. To clarify. The issue is not so much the damage the tree is doing to my property but the real danger it presents to the neighbouring public footpath and those who use it. The tree is on my property and I am applying so that I can remove it. It is pushing the boundary wall over towards the public footpath and it’s roots are coming up in the path. I was hoping that the issue might be resolved more urgently than the usual 6 weeks it takes to process tree applications.
