Redact

A huge dead tree trunk has fallen across the river near footbridge by Farm Piece, probably in the last week. It is so big that it will eventually form a dam that will completely block the river, and when the rains come, it will cause flooding across nearby fields and into homes in the vicinity. The land from which the tree trunk has fallen is between a public road (North Mill Road) and the river, and belongs to Bucks Council, hence my request that you attend and remove it, please.

  • On 12th August you indicated that further investigation of the blocked river would take a further 10 days. As some 18 days have now elapsed, I wondered whether you are yet able to advise when the fallen tree trunk will be removed from the brook - it will be too late once the Autumn rain starts in earnest?

  • Sadly the two emails you sent me on Tuesday 21st Sept contain zero information - they are blank, and just show my email address. I'd be grateful if you'd advise how best I make contact to establish progress, please?
