This was reported yesterday with an unsatisfactory outcome. We are not talking about public rights of way, but a complete blockage of the stream which carries a lot of water. A very large section of tree has fallen from the highway and blocked the stream. The risk of flooding to this area and further afield is very high and urgent attention needs to be given to remove the blockage.
