Hammersley Lane- 5-10m up the hill from The Pentlands, on the left hand side (west)

Reported via desktop in the Weed problem on the highway category anonymously at 16:07, Tuesday 10 August 2021

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

I have contacted you twice now about this problem (ref 40171016. and 40171321) and each time you have said it is the homeowner's responsibility. I provided photos each time and what you cannot see, is that the vegetation is growing OUTSIDE his garden wall. You cannot see it because it is now so overgrown that you can't see his wall. I've just now tried to cut back the plants obstructing my line of sight to exit The Pentlands by car, but it is too dangerous to complete as there is no pavement, and Hammersley Lane is a busy, narrow road giving me no room to safely manouevre. I take great care edging out into Hammersley Lane to check for oncoming traffic, but it is now just a matter of time before there is an accident.
