11 Pinewood Close, SL00QT

Reported via desktop in the Litter/litter bins category anonymously at 13:38, Mon 16 August 2021

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

The building work at 11 Pinewood Close has been going on for 3 years. They currently get approxiately 3-5 lorries per day delivering earth, concrete etc and leave Pinewood Close in a constant state of mud (see example photos).

The planning permission for 11 Pinewood Close expressly states "it is an offence under S151 of the Highways Act 1980 (as amended) for vehicles leaving the develpment site to carry mud onto the public highway. Facilities should therefore be provided and used on the development site for cleaning the wheels of vehicles before they leave site"

11 Pinewood Close have never had any vehicle wheels cleaned and we have requested that they get the road cleaned on more than 10 occassions. This usually results in someone with a broom for less than 5 mins doing nothing other than moving the mud around.
