I am emailing again because you have not responded to my email report regarding these potholes. You should have responded by 10 days, however it has been 13 working days and still no response. Please email me to keep me updated about the repairs to this street that have been left like this for years despite other people reporting them. Thankyou.

I recently reported the potholes at the end of Skimmers Close in September and October of this year. When the work was carried out only one pothole was repaired. The residents of this road have now received a Works Information and Notification Letter dated 22nd December informing us that Transport for Buckinghamshire will be undertaking surface treatment patching works on Copners Drive and Skimmers Field, but not Skimmers Close. Skimmers Close also needs surface treatment patching works undertaken because the work was not completed in full. Your update on Fix my Street says that the work had been completed when it hadn't. The deepest pothole was not repaired, nor the pavement adjoining it. There are several elderly residents who use this road and the pavement, and it is dangerous and will cause someone to trip. You will see from the photos that there are deep potholes there which cannot be avoided when driving. Please include Skimmers Close in your upcoming surface treatment patching works whilst undertaking the works at Copners Drive and Skimmers Field which is due to start on Monday 10th January 2022. Our road may be a cul de sac, but it is used by many people and should be maintained along with the other roads. Thankyou.
