Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

A complete mess with weeds, over grown trees of which one hangs over half the pavement which makes it hit me in the face when I am in my wheelchair. As this pavement is the main pavement for access to not only the Doctors surgery but the local shop etc due to being the only side of the road that has accessible drop curbs. There are many disabled, pushchairs and school children that use this pavement. Please could it be tided up and kept tidy. Thank y
