Some work men came out to take a look, deliberated for a while then drove off. Nothing has been repaired. Please can I get an update on this?

A year on and still nothing has been done about this. No works were carried out at all other than spray painting lines on the path. I believe the tree needs removing to prevent any further damage, and the pavement then needs to be repaired. Please can you update me on this.
