Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

There are 2 large potholes here. One has been repaired poorly and the tarmac is sitting several centimetres proud of the road. As such when a car drives into the first pothole it is forced up and collides with the repair work to the second. Please can both of these potholes be properly repaired to avoid any further vehicle damage?
