Abandoned dumped car

This car has been dumped here for at least the last two years and in its current state. It is an absolute eyesore and should be removed. The number plates have been removed. Car sitting in the garages in Harman Walk off Beacham Road. A 7 day removal notice was placed on the car on 31st July and the car is still in situ and it has had the removal notice removed by the owner.
