Along Whielden lane, near the Winchmore Hill sign and opposite the entrance to the farm

Reported via mobile in the Weed problem on the highway category anonymously at 14:39, Monday 30 August 2021

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

I first noticed the Himalayan Balsam along Whielden Lane in 2016 but in the last 5 years it has spread considerably. There are huge clusters around the Winchmore Hill village sign, in the farmer’s field behind it, and opposite the farm (1 Winchmore Hill?)
