This issue has been raised over 1 year ago and today an update was received to say the defect has been fixed when there has been no change as the street light is still not working. I have attached pictures of the previous report logged.

40139927 is the previous reference.

  • I dont think you are reading what I have written or what has happened in the past. Maybe if you did that you would actually understand what the problem is and who needs to fix it rather than giving false hope with these pointless updates.

  • Thank you for reporting this problem, which has been investigated. The repair process has identified that there is a fault with the electricity supply and an order has been issued to the relevant supplier to repair.
