Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later
In the absence of a bollard on the pavement, countless number of vehicles are mounting the pavement at speed to avoid going over the speed bump. One near miss incident occurred on 1315hrs 9th September 2021 where a vehicle mounted the pavement and narrowly missed a dog walker on the corner of Raans Road. This was witness by other pedestrians. There will be a serious incident if the bollard is not reintroduced quickly.
