Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later
Yet again the drain is blocked. Every time I log this you close the report saying that the problem has been resolved when it hasn't! I would again like to request a PERMANENT solution to this. As you can see, the entire pavement is blocked and pedestrians need to walk in the road to pass. This dangerous as it is a route that many parents take to walk their children to school. Also, the overflow of water is on our drive, private property, causing damage. I would like to request that someone contacts me by telephone to discuss the action you are going to take to resolve this issue.

I reported this problem 14 working days ago and I have not heard from anyone, nor has the problem been fixed.
You have my contact details - please contact me to discuss the long term solution that you propose.
The flooding caused by this blocked drain is causing damage to private property, so it needs resolving asap.

Well over the 10 days you quote for your response times and still nothing has been done about the drain.
This is a danger to pedestrians as they have to go into the road to pass.
Please contact me to discuss what action is being taken
