Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 15:15, Tue 14 September 2021

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Yet again the drain is blocked. Every time I log this you close the report saying that the problem has been resolved when it hasn't! I would again like to request a PERMANENT solution to this. As you can see, the entire pavement is blocked and pedestrians need to walk in the road to pass. This dangerous as it is a route that many parents take to walk their children to school. Also, the overflow of water is on our drive, private property, causing damage. I would like to request that someone contacts me by telephone to discuss the action you are going to take to resolve this issue.

  • Well over the 10 days you quote for your response times and still nothing has been done about the drain.

This is a danger to pedestrians as they have to go into the road to pass.

Please contact me to discuss what action is being taken
