Someone has flytipped building materials and tools, possibly from a shed clearance, during daylight hours - between 9am & 3pm today Sept 21, 2021. Known as was not there on walk to CSPA drop off but was there for afternoon pick up. One photo shows the beauty of the footpath at this location on Sept 8, before the crime.
