Not heard from you in 10 working days and no change to the mess. The barriers belong to ECL Civils who are working on Kingsbrook. Thames Water blame Leep Utilities (probably contractor to ECL?). I have contacted both but heard nothing.

After emailing Thames Water/ECL Civils/BCC/Barratts/Leep Utilities it was fixed by Barratts. Sadly you did nothing at all for many months.
