Advance GIVE WAY sign on southbound offside approach to the Worminghall crossroads

The triangular Advance GIVE WAY warning sign situated on the offside approach has a supplementary plate below it displaying just a distance. This plate is incorrect / cannot be used with this warning sign. The plate should state 'GIVE WAY' as well as the distance. The plate needs replacing.

Thank you for your report. Although this does not meet our criteria for requiring immediate attention, this defect will be added to our records for the future.
Our records will be used to generate larger planned works and will also enable us to pick up this defect when we are carrying out repairs of a similar nature in the area.
