The WHOLE of Hillside Road

Reported via desktop in the Road surface category by Lizzie Owen at 14:00, Monday 27 September 2021

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Every 1 foot is a crack, pothole or badly patched hole by Bucks Council. We currently have a team here that you have employed from Rejuvo patching the road a week late. With a £100 million budget, surely the whole road should be re-surfaced so the council can save money in the long run. We pay a premium to you, and want to know: - How much are these works costing us? - Why are the roadworks a week late? - Why are you only doing half of the road? - Why are you only patching rather than re-surfacing the whole road - Why haven't the drains been fixed prior to this work? - Has anyone considered the amount of through traffic when Handy Cross is blocked or the Town Council Bus Service for the elderly and the impact that has on the surface of the road? - Why are you just so un transparent with the above questions? We pay too much money, it's now time to tell us where it's all going - certainly not not on our roads!! I will be taking this to the press and the Marlow Town Council to discuss further - please could someone contact me to let me know what you will be doing about the above?
