Lot of delay to cross the road

Sorry, the issue is still not resolved. The crossing still turns green after a very long time. Lot of people now cross the road without waiting for green man icon because it takes so long and people grow impatient. And later when cars stop, many times no one would be there waiting to cross the road. This issue has started sometime this year- can the timer for green man icon be reset to original value please? The crossing is kind of useless when the crossing turns green after such a long time. During school run we have started seeing queues (on either side) of people waiting to cross. Please resolve the issue, thanks.
