Very deep pothole just before busstop near swallowst

This pothole has caught my tyre on a number of times especially when filled with water.the whole of Norwood lane is a nightmare because of failing road and over hanging hedge on flowerland side.you have a duty of care to maintain this road as it quite narrow especially if buses are passing threw.this has been like this for the pass year and is getting worse.
