Opposite Missenden House, Little Missenden, Bucks HP7 0RD

Reported via desktop in the Unauthorised signs category anonymously at 14:50, Wednesday 13 October 2021

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Little Missenden is a Conservation Area and the speed sign has been erected outside my Grade II Listed Property. Without any planning application a extremely tall, flashing speed warning sign has been erected outside my gate which is both an eyesore marring the view to and from the property and a nuisance. I was told by the Parish Councillor that it would not be seen from Missenden House whatsoever which now erected is not the case. I should like to ask your advice with regard to whether such an installation would require planning permission or listed buildings consent and the potential remedies and course of action available to me. The sign was erected approx 10 days ago.
