Hedges and vegetation encroaching onto road

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Reported previously, the issue is where driving a wide vehicle the hedges, vegetation etc make it impossible to drive down without scratching vehicles. Damage has been sustained to both mine and my partners vehicles. We have no choice to use the roads as we live here. Surely a duty of care on highways to deal with here and not a blanket response then delete the post.
