Broken traffic calming bollard outside 24 Winslow Road, Wingrave HP224PS

The traffic calming bollard was knocked over by a tractor tonight and now leaves a dangerous hazard for pedestrians both from the residual hole but also traffic can now mount the kerb by the bus stop where children and adults routinely wait for school buses and people walk along Winslow Road.
