Abandoned Caravan

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Caravan left in front of bollards and black sacks thrown over the fence.

  • The caravan has a man in his early 40s and a similar aged lady living in it. They have a car parked along side it. They police said they should not be there without a number plate on the van. Now the owner has decided to clear a load of the brambles and make a big camp possibly for others. Help!
