Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

A company called Sparks was completing lamp post repair works and left a large pile of rubbish here, partly in the road. Due to an incident, Sparks are no longer completing the works, but the rubbish was never removed and still has a Sparks branded sign next to it. Please can you arrange to have this cleared or for Sparks to remove it?
