Junction flooded almost impassable (again)!

This junction is flooded. Again. Almost impassable. It is access to Jordan’s Village/infant school. No safe walking route. Reported 2 wks ago. Left unaddressed. Again. It is in a hill dip and water collects here causing flooding. Three drains in the junction. Please address the drains. The weather gets bed autumn/winter and this is extremely problematic and unsafe. No street lighting also.
