LC019 Streetlamp

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Street lamp between Cote Brasserie and Phase 8 constantly flashing on and off. It is right outside my window, is very intrusive and disturbing/preventing sleep. Please rectify immmediately Thank You
