  • The oak tree next to Whipsiderry HP5 3BJ is overgrown and overhangs the house. It is grown on public land next to public footpath. Twigs, acorns, and fallen leaves block the gutters and drainage to downpipes of Whipsiderry. Damaged the property at Whipsiderry a number of times during heavy downpours due to blocked downpipes. The tree needs to be pruned to prevent branches overhanging the house.
