Please note this is a Flooding Issue not a Flooded subway Whenever there is a period of heavy rain properties on The Dean flood due to excess of water running off of Nup End Lane - there are no drains close to the junction of The Dean - flooding occurs several times a year Photos available if required There is a surface water drain 20 yards along from where the road floods - maybe it needs clearing or extending
