15 inch pothole on Waterside near yellow road salt bin.

This pothole has been there for many weeks and the council are probably aware because it has been ringed with yellow paint. Unfortunately cars park along this road so it is almost impossible to avoid hitting the pothole when driving by. I am very concerned that I may damage my wheels if I forget it's there in the dark and drive over it at more than 1-2mph.
