Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

For the FOURTH TIME in a week.the traffic lights are not working on this pedestrian crossing. I phoned up the other three times this week. They need to be fixed properly this time. They were working this morning at 6.30 but at 2 15 this afternoon they were out.
