Water surging at pressure out of channel gullies both sides of road after rain had ceased,,

Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain category by John Oliver at 20:46, Sun 31 October 2021

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

There must be an obstruction in the main drain on the west side, at some point northof the ped. crossing, Alternatively the outfall to the brook alongside the canal may be obstructed. Flooding of the road only began after the rain had ceased, suggesting delayed flow from the upstream catchment.
