Litter mess overgrown filthy

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3103485.
There is garbage al trash all over this alley and it is so bad I tripped and fell while walking my dog. I dropped the lead the and dog ran away because he is a rescue and got a huge fright. Just so you know it took us as a family past midnight trying to find our dog. the is because people have thrown their garbage and old timber over their back fence
