Outside 89 Elmhurst and further down Elmhurst road to Megdale place not working and crossing island bollard lights not working

The street light outside our house 89 Elmhurst is not working also the pedestrian crossing by 81 Elmhurst rd not working and the lights down towards traffic lights not working. Making it all very dark at night and not safe,
