Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

My husband has reported this and nothing has been done The natural spring nearby is now because of the blocked drain.. running down our driveway It’s gone green and is now lethal slippery I’ve just had a knee replacement and frightened of falling Please can someone clear drain please?
