Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

I submitted two reports including images of two potholes,one around the drain cover and the other one which is about 107cmx80cm and a depth of 6cm away from the drain cover. The repair on the damage around the drain cover has since been repaired, but no action has been taken to repair the other pothole. It remains a danger to pedestrians crossing the road. Also the pothole collect water when it rains and I have seen cars going through it and splashing water all over the place which can cause damage to cars or cause an accident.I phoned your office a few weeks ago to report this issue but no action has been taken. I would really appreciate it if you could please give this report your serious consideration. Thanks
