Block drain outside 42 Hill Avenue

Outside no 42 hill Avenue there is a drain that is completely blocked up with leaves & road debris. I previously reported this under reference 40177495 and have been emailed to say this has been resolved and closed. As you will see from the photos taken today that the drain is still blocked up with leaves and debris and has not been resolved.
