Lay-by beyond Black Park Road on east bound A412 carriageway

Reported via desktop in the Flytipping (off-road) category by Roger Cox at 18:14, Sun 7 November 2021

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

From previous report that BCC has closed despite the fact the rubbish remains . A412 Iver bound carriageway . First lay-by beyond Black Park Road . Large white jumbo bag and other rubbish . This matter has been reported several times perhaps going back 2 years or more yet the rubbish remains . It is in a drainage ditch that possibly drains into nearby Rowley Lake . May I mention that the Council has taken the trouble to issue posters about discarded cigarette ends polluting watercourses , so I wonder why the rubbish filled ditches alongside the A412 seem to be a less important issue ,
