Black bags with rubbish left on side of road

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

There appears to have been a litter clean-up several weeks ago. However, the bags of collected rubbish have been left by the side of the road and have not been collected - there are 4 or 5 of them spaced out along the road. The bags are now beginning to break apart in places and the rubbish will obviously spill out if the bags are not collected.
